At the Castello del Trebbio, they use 100% Sangiovese grapes.
We were treated to a couple different wines as well as a taste of their Virgin olive oil pressed right there.
This area is all that I had dreamed and hoped it would be….

The best way for people to acquire information is from personal experience. The pictures just keep you from denying; discussions with your sister over who gets Rich's glass of wine....loosing the rental car keys.... and contesting having to pay in pisa to pee..... ;)
